CANCELLATION INSURANCE
Cancellation insurance is optional. You can take out this directly with our partner Gritchen Affinity when you book. The latter undertakes to reimburse all or part of the stay to customers who have taken out Campez couvert insurance. The insurance premium represents 4% of the cost of the stay (excluding booking fees and tourist taxes). You will find

In the event of cancellation of your stay, please notify the campsite of your withdrawal as soon as you are aware of an event preventing your departure or your stay by post or e-mail. Then notify the insurer within 48 hours and provide all supporting documents. If your stay is interrupted, please pay the balance at the campsite.
